Peter has over 20 years' experience in the UK energy sector, specialising in compliance, data protection, information security, and risk management. His career has taken him across some of the UK's most significant regulated organisations - includingAlt HAN Co andRWE Npower - where he built and managed compliance programmes at scale.

He founded Elmar Risk Management to bring that senior-level expertise directly to small and medium-sized businesses - organisations that need the same quality of compliance support but rarely have access to it. His approach is practical and outcomes-focused: no unnecessary complexity, no jargon, just clear guidance that helps businesses operate safely and with confidence.
